Bailey earned her LPN at Mercyhurst North-East. She also received an RN and BSN at Penn State Behrend, as well as an MSN from Aspen University. Bailey has previously taught at Gannon, LECOM, the Great Lakes Institute of Technology, and UPMC Hamot as a trauma nurse.
Hailing from Erie, she enjoys exercising, spending time with her three amazing kids, and traveling. Bailey would like her students to know that here at EC3, a rewarding career doesn't need to stem from a lifetime of debt.
