**COLLEGE PROFILE**
Erie County Community College of PA (EC3), America's newest community college, is a comprehensive community college located in northwest Pennsylvania currently offering various Associate Degrees and Certificates. EC3 is focused on enhancing the county's economic condition by increasing educational opportunities for the diverse population in Erie County.
**POSITION SUMMARY**
The success coach position is responsible for helping students complete administrative tasks, facilitating student academic success, participating in recruiting and college events, and serving as a point of contact for prospective students, current students, and faculty.

- Educate students about how EC3 is unique in this area
- Assist students with the EC3 application process
- Advise students about what classes to take
- Assist students with the registration process in Workday
- Assist students with course success
- Help connect students to college and community resources
- Participate in recruiting and enrollment events
**SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, prospective students, and co-workers professionally.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all assigned tasks related to student and staff information.
- Adhere to all board policies and institutional/departmental procedures and expectations.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Understanding of community college mission
- Successful experience in customer service
- Understanding and belief in community college mission and vision
- Associate's Degree or significant successful college experience
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in educational setting, higher education a plus
- Experience working with diverse learners
