Providing the People of Erie County Affordable and Accessible Education
The role of the Erie County Community College is to prepare individuals to succeed in a diverse, supportive, forward-thinking and innovative learning environment.
The College will provide Erie residents affordable education through increased access to vital workforce and academic education options. These options include a combination of two-year degree programs, post-secondary career certificates and technical courses that prepare graduates to meet the critical needs of this region’s workforce and success in a complex global society. The College is an essential partner in meeting this region’s higher education goals for continuous improvement in associate and baccalaureate degree attainment.
Through the sustained efforts of stakeholders, college staff, governing boards, community, business and the public, the College will demonstrate its deep commitment to the contribution to the economic vitality of the Erie community.
