Concerns About Students, Staff, and EC3 Procedures
EC3 is committed to assisting students and the public with the resolution of issues and concerns in an effort to foster respect across the College. If you have an issue or concern with a College process or procedure that you are unable to resolve, contact the Dean of Students Office to ensure your concern is addressed.
Some examples of issues or concerns with which we may be able to assist are customer service, communication disconnects, and procedural issues.
To initiate an online complaint, complete the EC3 Complaint Form. All complaints are reviewed by College administration and, when necessary, a staff member may contact you for more information. For information on the full complaint process, refer to the Student Handbook.
Formal complaints can also be made to on-campus personnel or a related outside agency.
