Erie County Community College (EC3)  Industrial Manufacturing (IMT) and Machine Maintenance (IMM) programs this summer.

“We’re excited about the launch of these two programs,” said Rebecca Walker, Dean of Career and Technical Education.  “Students will have access to our state-of-the-art facility and equipment that creates opportunity to exciting career pathways in our region.”

EC3’s IMT Program allows students to master CNC machining to craft metal objects. They can learn the subtractive process alongside 3-D printing enthusiasts. The IMM Program delves into fixing and troubleshooting industrial machines.

Students who participate can earn either a basic or advanced certificate – earning college credits toward an associate degree.

Students are invited to visit EC3’s new manufacturing labs at an Open House on Monday, May 13th, 6 PM – 7 PM, North Coast Plaza Building I, located at 5739 West Ridge Road, Erie, PA 16506. Call 814.413.7000 or email with any questions.
