Right to Know Policy

Erie County Community College (EC3) recognizes the importance of public records as the record of the College's actions and the repository of information about the College. The public has the right to access and procure copies of public records, with certain exceptions, subject to law, Board, and administrative policies. Requesters may access and procure copies of the College's public records during the regular business hours maintained by the Right-to-Know Policy Officer.
