Spring 2025 Free Tuition
We strive to make Erie County Community College (EC3) tuition as affordable as possible. While tuition is free, there will be fees applied. As you browse this page, please let us know if you have any questions. We're always here to help.
Permanent residents of Erie County can attend tuition-free for the spring of 2025. Students will still be responsible for all registration fees during this time. For more information, contact Student Financial Services at 814-413-7008.

*Since capital costs are funded by the county and state, this fee is charged to nonresident students for whom the city and state provide no capital support.
Payments
To make a payment on your student account, please access your Workday Account and click the "Make a Payment" button on your Homepage. Please note:
- ACH (Electronic payments from a checking account) = No Fees
- Credit card payments = Surcharge of 2.95% of the payment amount with a minimum of $3 Fee
- Our refund policy is on page 47 of the College Policy Manual
